My recent stay was accentuated by the hotel's inviting atmosphere and the exceptional service of the dedicated team, ensuring that every moment felt special. The culinary offerings were a highlight, particularly the fresh fish from Lake Hallstatt and the delicious game sourced from the nearby Dachstein mountain range. Each meal celebrated the rich local flavors, making dining a memorable experience. Starting the day with a sumptuous breakfast that included homemade cakes and a perfect cup of coffee was a true treat. After a day of exploring this World Heritage Site, winding down at the new Salzbar was the ideal way to conclude our evenings, where an inspiring selection of cocktails and regional wines enhanced the convivial ambiance. My stay in the recently refurbished room, featuring serene Swiss stone pine furnishings, ensured a restful night, complemented by the breathtaking views right from my window. For those seeking a serene escape infused with authentic culinary experiences, I wholeheartedly recommend Seewirt Zauner, an enchanting spot that gives you a true taste of Austria.
